Standard cable duct lengths and associated possible access opening positions and sizes

These ducts can be supplied with access openings of either 1.40 x 0.70 m (standard) or 2.10 x 0.70 m. Custom-made access openings available upon request.

  • The small letters designate 1.40 x 0.70 m access openings
  • The capital letters designate 2.10 x 0.70 m access openings

1)2.10 x 0.70 m access opening(s) must only be used if the cable duct neck can be installed to a height above ground of at least 0.85 m, which is the minimum height required in order to be able to install the duct neck frame with the conical bottom.

  • Two centrally-positioned, serial access openings
  • For ducts with a length of l < 6.10 m
  • Prohibited from use where cables are stored on one side only
f/FK-Sch
  • Two centrally-positioned, serial access openings, one of which is offset to the side
  • For ducts with a length of l < 6.10 m
  • Prohibited from use where cables are stored on one side only
g/GK-Sch
  • Two serial access openings, offset to the side
  • For ducts with a length of l < 6.10 m
  • Prohibited from use where cables are stored on both sides of the duct
h/HK-Sch
  • Two side-, serial access openings, one of which is offset to the side
  • For ducts with a length of l < 6.10 m
  • Prohibited from use where cables are stored on both sides of the duct

  • Two centrally-positioned, serial access openings
  • Only suitable for use in ducts with divided ceilings
    (CD L2, l = 7.20 m)
  • Prohibited from use where cables are stored on one side only

  • Two serial access openings, offset to the side
  • Only suitable for use in ducts with divided ceilings
    (CD L2, l = 7.20 m)
