Level weighbridge with multi-part base
The standard level bridges are available in the one-piece model in lengths of 8.00 m; 9.00 m; 10.00 m and in the two-piece model in lengths of 16.00 m; 18.00 m and 20.00 m. Longer models can also be constructed as a three piece implementation.

- 8 load cells are needed for the two-piece bridge and 4 load cells for the one-piece bridge.
- Each bridge is provided with 2 access openings with round covers for maintenance and cleaning.
- The level scales can be passed over from all sides.
- For the wiring, DN 40 ductworks are provided under the bridge reflector.
- Edge protection profiles 60/60/6 from ST 37 are provided at both ends as well as 0.75 m along the longitudinal side.
- There are bumper bags with M 20 screws and washers for these are built into the edge protection profile.
- Bearing plates provided for placing in the load cells.
- The textured, nubbed bridge surfaces provide non-slip security.
- The closed prefabricated foundation cavities can be constructed in outer lengths of 8.44 m; 9.44 m; 10.44 m in the one-piece model, and in lengths of 16.44 m; 18.44 m and 20.44 m in the two-piece model.
- The foundations are constructed "overhead" in order to deliver an optimal look in exposed concrete.
- Two DN 100 pipes are provided at both ends for draining the foundations and two DN 100 pipes on the longitudinal side are provided for wiring.
- Connections for lightning protection are provided.
Within a few hours these level scales can be mounted on a strip foundation according to building plan.
