Reinforced steel foundation cavity -one piece-

The one-piece standard foundations are suitable for our standard bridges with the clear lengths of 8.04 m; 9.04 m; 10.04 m; 12.04 m; 14.04 m; 16.04 m; 18.04 m and 20.04 m with a clear width of 3.04 m a clear depth of 1.15 m. It is also possible to provide a foundation according to WHG § 19.

  • The required load plates are cemented into sockets in the foundations with the required variable heights.
  • The one-piece foundation can be passed over in the longitudinal direction only, however, it is also possible to implement a cross directional access.
  • The waterproof foundation can, within a few hours, be mounted on two
    on-site concrete foundation constructed by the customer according to our foundation plan. It is possible to mount the bridge immediately afterwards.
  • The edge protection profile 60/60/6 from ST 37 are provided at both ends as well as 0.75 m along the longitudinal side.
  • Two DN 100 pipes are provided at both ends for draining the foundations and two DN 100 pipes on the longitudinal side are provided for wiring.
  • If required, the foundation may be delivered with a sump pit.

  • Connections for lightning protection equipment are provided.
