Construction Service Description

Structure
Room modules are made from premium reinforced concrete. Manufacturing follows a modular circuit board design. Wall and floor plates are connected with each other to a core structure. The roof plate is led through brace dowels and is mounted tension-free on the walls. The floor and wall plates are manufactured from concrete C 35/45, wall and plate thicknesses are usually 10 cm. The roof is made from waterproof concrete and the N-models lock flush with the building; the D-model protrudes 10.5 cm on all sides of the roof. Roof covering or gravel ballast can be installed upon request. Drainage takes place through water shoots or, if desired, through a drainpipe.Inner Coating
The inner coating, made from light, waterproof, emulsion paint with a sprinkled coating includes the underside of the roof as well as the walls to the ground.Outer Look / Design
The outer design can be from fair-faced concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, structured concrete, synthetic plaster or even clinker surface. Outer coatings in the roof parapet or foundation areas can be selected from a colour palette and can be adjusted to the outer walls or the surrounding of the location.
Ventilation
Ventilation occurs through a circular air vent on the roof. The arrangement and performance of this circular air vent ensures a high quality function (this vent can also be closed on the side, if necessary). For larger ventilation sections, built-in air vents on the walls and roof top vents are available.
Doors
The position and number of the doors depends on their individual use at the distribution grid station. Doorframes are securely mounted on the walls. A selection of doors made from galvanized steel, aluminium or synthetic material are used. According to requirements, the doors can be made as a single layer or as a double layer with mineral rock wool in between. Furthermore, ventilation elements can be built in on the top or bottom of the door.
Modular Construction
Three model ranges, each with twelve building sizes, are available. The ground plans on the basis of the 60-cm raster is the same for all three model ranges; for 2.98 m, they have a uniform raster width and raster length of 178 cm to 838 cm. With the total of 36 different buildings that result from these figures, each can be individually solved. The models can be combined with each other and, in this way, can be built together as larger combination complexes.
Floor Plan
Through the arrangement of intermediate walls, every purposeful layout of rooms can be achieved. The intermediate walls are made up mostly from ferro-concrete, with a wall thickness of 8 cm.
Installation Cellar / Raised Floor
The installation cellar is manufactured from concrete C 35/45 in a monolithic construction method. According to the size of the station and its purpose, the installation cellar can be divided by one or more division walls (e.g. oil retention pond and cable connection rooms).
Outer wall surfaces that come into contact with the ground are provided with a dilution-free insular coating. For NFH/DFH distribution grid stations, a combination with a separate installation cellar is possible because of transportation reasons. The raised floor divides the service room and the installation cellar within the station.
The raised floor can be configured as a ferro-concrete plate or as a removable PVC layered raster plate construction, according to choice. When configured as a ferro-concrete plate, the layering ensures on the walls of the base tub. The removable raster plates are placed on a hot-dip galvanized profile sectional steel construction and individual supports.
Other Services
Besides manufacturing, our services include delivery and set-up at the distribution grid station. The installation of other equipment, be they for electricity, gas or water provision or any other individual installation requests, these can also be provided from the factory.
